The therapies I offer are outlined below, but I tailor each session depending on what each client wants and needs, so often sessions use a blend of therapies.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT is a practical self-help method that can help tackle fears, phobias, stress, overwhelm, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, mild-moderate depression, grief, loss, pain, feeling out of control, not coping with everyday life, mindset, weight loss and addictions like smoking. It involves using the fingers to gently tap on acupuncture points along the body’s meridian lines, which have been disrupted due to negative memories or experiences. It is often referred to as ‘EFT Tapping’ or simply as ‘Tapping’. The therapeutic effects of this technique are recognised around the world.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a set of language, sensory-based interventions and behaviour modification techniques that help clients understand why they think and behave the way they do. It enables you to learn to manage your moods and emotions to bring about change that leads to more acceptable and successful behaviour.
Hypnotherapy is a type of complementary medicine in which hypnosis is used to create a state of focused attention during which positive suggestions and guided imagery are used to help individuals deal with a variety of concerns and issues.
I offer face to face or Skype or Zoom appointments to offer the greatest flexibility to my clients. Consultations cost £80 per hour.
